I went to have my car cleaned here this morning for the first time and the guys were fantastic. They were really helpful, gave great customer service and did an amazing job. My car was absolutely filthy before and it was gleaming after they had finished cleaning it. Also the prices are brilliant too. i will definitely be going back again.
Took my girlfriends car to be washed and valeted. Went for the wash and mini valet option for 15 which includes a washer fluid top-up. The final result was rather disappointing. Exterior of car covered in a strange kind of glossy mist which when wiped went white. Clearly overspray from another vehicle. Not a good look on a black car! Valet OK but nothing special and passenger side door shuts ignored. Had to remind them to top up washer fluid as apparently they don't do it unless asked. Another example of Alsager apathy!!
No one like to wait around especially when going to a car wash, and this place is pretty quick at getting cars washed and straight back onto the road again while making them look as good as they always have done. Staff are really friendly and helpful haven't got a bad thing to say about this place.
Had my car done today the full valet an it looked even better than when I first picked the car up. The shine coming from it was unbelievable. Such an awesome job will definitely be going back! Thank you guys!
Well I tried this car wash for the first time after 8 years of visiting various car washes around Staffordshire and Cheshire. I must say what a fantastic place! The attention to detail was beyond this world! alongside bringing back the feel of a brand new motor. I had the mini valet with new number plates which were prepared and ready upon arrival. And the management also went the extra mile and fitted them on :) I would recommend this place highly!
