I eat here probably more than I should... Maybe it is down to the quality of the food.. Always spot on, always hot, always good eating.... Maybe it's the quick delivery, the way it's delivered... Always happy, always polite and always sincere.... Maybe it's because the owner actually Cares about his customers... (more than just parting you with your money)... Or maybe all of the above..
