Just had a takeaway and had four mains. It is by far the worst meal we've had for a long time. Two meals were just Coconut and the Lamb bhuna was just salt. Give the meals we've had from here before just shows lazy cooking and disguising poor food. Will not be eat from here again.
WE always use alsager spice but last nights curry was not up to the usual standard. I always have a mixed dansak with king prawns in it but on this occassion there were literally 4 small prawns and It was full.of peas, ive never had peas in it ever! Seemed an easy way to substitute the meat!! It had hardly any flavour, not the usual i would expect.
Without a doubt the worst curry i have had in a very long time. Will not be repeatting the experience.
By far the best place to get a curry! I always order something different from the menu and I've never been disappointed. I love being adventurous with food, but I'm certainly not adventurous about where I get my take away dinner now I know Alsager spice exists. Try the Mango chicken that's been my favourite so far. Get something off the chef specials and you'll never go for that same old Curry dish you've been getting for years because it's a safe choice because any choice you make off this menu will be a winner. 10 out of 10 pregnancy craving satisfaction points. Ok I'm hungry now hopefully my order will be here soon
Alsager Spice, in my opinion, is the best Indian takeaway in the area! I have been to many in the Cheshire/Staffordshire area, but nothing comes close to Alsager Spice. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The food is simply delicious! My wife and I live on the east side of Stoke-on-Trent, and do a 30 mile round trip to get our takeaway.
