Very friendly and personal staff! I brought my little old dog here for a second opinion as I was uncertain of another vets diagnosis. Within the first 5 minutes they made both me and my dog relax as one of the vets looked her over and had a conversation with me about what was wrong and what they are looking for. I could not fault the service there. It was far greater then i could have hoped for. Many thanks
Took Sweep for his annual vaccinations and he is very nervous around vets but Natalie is just fantastic with him and has a whole load of patience and he is warming to her (I hope!). She discussed with me the scale and polish procedure as I am concerned about his teeth and she certainly put my mind at rest and he will be booked in after Christmas. I really can't fault this veterinary practice for Sweep, Rocky and Lucy. Always feel pleased with the service when I leave! Thanks, Lisa
