Great pub, friendly staff, lovely selection of ales in a very relaxing environment. The food menu looked brilliant to, I will definitely be back
We went for the Pie week. Fantastic food and a good choice of drinks. Prices are good too. Had a couple of Christmas meals here too which are always good. The scotch egg starter is a particular favourite!
We enjoyed a lovely Saturday evening meal. Staff couldnt do enough for us. I recommend the haddock & prawn fish cakes, very nice. The bar area was very lively too.
At peak times is really great. Not so good if you want food in the day. Nice pub, nice staff
